The Ananda Tandava is not a celebration. Shiva dances inside a ring of fire and the ring is the universe burning down — one cycle closing so the next can open. The raised hand says do not be afraid. The other points to the lifted foot, which is where you go when you are.

The front carries the dance in full: Nataraj inside the prabhamandala, flames worked along the arch, a trishul rising above the wordmark. Distressed linework, the texture of something screen-printed decades ago and worn since. The back carries NATARAJ alone, large, in the same hand.

Built on 240 GSM cotton terry with a drop-shoulder oversized fit. Bio-washed and silicone-finished, so it arrives soft and stays that way.

Why 240 GSM Matters

The distressed texture in this print is built from thousands of tiny breaks in the linework — that is what makes it read as worn rather than new. On thin fabric those breaks flex and fill in, and within a month the whole thing flattens into a solid block. At 240 GSM cotton terry the panel holds its shape, so the distressing stays distressing. Most oversized tees at this price sit at 180–200 GSM.

Styling

Black on black. Cargos, washed denim, anything dark and loose. Bone or off-white on the feet to break it up.

• Machine wash cold, inside out
